Root maca

Maca root is a plant which, due to its unique properties, provides the body with valuable vitamins and minerals. Maca root is a multidimensional plant, which has many spare names such as: pepper herb, pepper grass, Peruvian ginseng and others. The plant is an excellent source of energy and is responsible for the body's endurance.

Due to the many types of plants, the plant can have several colours, the most common being yellow, creamy, light pink, black and red. Maca root in the Peruvian tradition is considered to be a natural medicine that primarily strengthens the body. The plant has a great effect on the sex drive in men, although it does not directly affect the level of sex hormones in the blood.

Maca root and its influence on the functioning of the sexual system

Maca root is primarily a source of carbohydrates, vitamins C, E and B vitamins. Plant plays a significant role in maintaining proper hormonal management. Contributes to increasing the efficiency of the body, and at the same time improves mood and well-being.

Thanks to this, the body is equipped with essential amino acids, including arginine, which is extremely important for sexually active men. Arginine is responsible for the blood supply to the genital organs of both women and men. Its proper concentration allows to treat infertility and any problems connected with getting pregnant.

Maca root is willingly accepted by women, because it relieves menstrual pains and unpleasant ailments occurring in the period around theomenopause. Used mainly in the treatment of hormonal disorders, irregular menstruations. Although the maca root has no phytohormones, it can be administered in menopausal therapy.

Maca root - contraindications

The plant does not indicate any major contraindications for use. It is non-toxic and therefore should not cause side effects. Nevertheless, undesired effects may occur, especially if the dosage is inappropriate. Persons who may be allergic to the plant should absolutely stop using preparations containing maca root. It is not recommended to use the plant in case of kidney failure, inflammation of the prostate gland. Pregnant and breast-feeding women should also give up taking preparations with maca root.
